From the moment I heard that EA was going to open a world class contact center in Austin, I was on cloud nine. Fortunately, I had a former colleague working here at that time, and she referred me to the hiring manager. Life from that moment on has been a dream!

I can say, that for the first time in my career, I’ve achieved a work/life balance. There are times where we may work very long hours, but we are always encouraged to take time for our family. EA’s dedication to the employee has given me the opportunity to put in the necessary work to achieve our goals, but not to lose touch with my family and friends. Having this type of balance has helped me to excel in my work, and not miss out on watching my kids grow up.
