PlayStation® 4 Playoffs Players to Watch

The top 60 PlayStation® pros in the world will gather in the German capital on July 12-14 to compete at the FIFA 19 Global Series Playoffs. The three day event will give the competitors their last chance to earn valuable Global Series Ranking Points that could make the difference between qualifying to the FIFA eWorld Cup or finishing their FIFA 19 competitive season.

With a balanced field in the PlayStation division, we have put together a list of competitors that you should keep an eye on in Berlin:

Name: Nicolas99FC

Team: FC Basel 1893
 Rank: 1

The Argentinian iceman has been at the top of the PlayStation 4 rankings since January. A perennial favourite at every event, Nicolas99FC will look to return to his best form ahead of the FIFA eWorld Cup and once again demonstrate why he is considered the best PlayStation player in the world.

Name: PSV PINNA97

Team: PSV esports

Rank: 3

After a scintillating start of the season, PSV PINNA97 was able to remain in the upper spots of the PlayStation Global Rankings before taking an extended break from competition in the second half of the campaign. The Belgian will look to tune up his game in Berlin so he can replicate his performance at the FIFA eWorld Cup where he was the runner-up last year.

Name: NYC_Chris

Team: New York City FC

Rank: 6

Fresh off his triumph in the very first eChampions League last month, NYC_Chris has been one of the most in-form competitors in the last two months of the campaign. With soaring confidence, the eMLS man will look to continue his momentum and prove he belongs among the PlayStation pro elite.

Name: doolsta
Team: Philadelphia Union

Rank: 18

The Philadelphia Union pro has dominated the North American FIFA scene by sweeping all the eMLS tournaments of the year. However, doolsta is still looking to put together a strong performance at the international level. Sitting just two spots outside qualification, the Irish-born needs to perform well at the PlayStation Playoffs to secure a spot in the FIFA eWorld Cup.

Name: Agge
Team: North

Rank: 22

The Danish superstar and former FIFA Interactive World Cup champion’s season has lost steam as the year progressed. Agge has proven that he is one of the best in the world for many years but he needs to put together his strongest performance of the year if he wants to book his ticket to yet another FIFA eWorld Cup.
