COLLEGE FOOTBALL 25 - DYNASTY MODE RECRUITING TIPS

Become an expert at recruiting in College Football 25 with this video from Good Game Bro. He explains in detail the best ways to recruit depending on the size of your program. Have a ton of hours to recruit the best players? Have only a few and need to be selective? Good Game Bro has your back and will help you make the best decisions.

FOCUS ON PIPELINE STRENGTH

Focus efforts on the Team Needs tab. You can see your entire team's roster from this screen and see your team's individual rating and total number of players at the position. This gives quick intel for where focused efforts should take place during recruitment.

Pipelines give you an added boost to recruits from specific areas around the country. This can give you a strategic advantage over other schools.

Prioritize recruiting players with a high pipeline rating to your school. Pipeline strength acts as a multiplier for recruiting actions, making it easier to secure players from strong pipelines.

PRIORITIZE 5-STAR AND 4-STAR RECRUITS WITH STRONG PIPELINES

The most hours in your recruitment allotment is during pre-season. This is why you should target the biggest stars early on in the season. As you learn more about your potential recruits you can narrow focus to those you can 'actually' land. Your goal is to make the pitch early to the big recruits and see if you can climb up their board in hopes to land them later in the season.

Start by targeting 5-star prospects with a pipeline rating of 5, followed by 4-star prospects with a 5 pipeline rating, and so on.

UTILIZE SCHOLARSHIP OFFERS STRATEGICALLY

Offering scholarships early can lead to instant commitments and increase interest. Focus on players without existing offers or with a strong interest in your school.

UNDERSTAND RECRUIT MOTIVATIONS AND SCHOOL GRADES

Carefully analyze player motivations and compare them to your school's strengths. Match your strong grades with their desires, and avoid pursuing players whose dealbreakers you cannot meet.

MAXIMIZE RECRUITING HOURS

Spend all available hours each week, as they do not roll over. "Send the House" early on to maximize influence and reveal player priorities.

MASTER THE HARD SELL

Once a recruit narrows their choices to the top 5, utilize the "Hard Sell" to tailor your pitch to their motivations and your school's strengths. Remember the "Rule of 19" to make the most of Hard Sell.

USE SCHEDULE VISIT WISELY

Schedule visits for high-priority recruits during home games or bye weeks, ideally securing the first visit.

Visits can occur once a school has you listed in the top 5. You can then invite them to visit a home game and have them focus on an aspect of your team (you can figure this out by checking the scouting sheet to see where you rank in their needs). Be mindful of who you have them visit because if you lose the game you might see them drop down your board. Consider syncing visits with like minded positions (QB & WR) as they'll boost each other's interest because of it.

DON'T NEGLECT THE TRANSFER PORTAL

Actively recruit from the Transfer Portal, where you'll have more hours and faster decision-making. Prioritize offering scholarships and scheduling visits immediately.

Don't solely rely on the transfer portal as you have no way to know what players will be in it each season and based on team needs you could be left on the outside looking in. It should be used as a way to compliment your recruiting.

MONITOR RECRUITING LANDSCAPE

Keep track of other schools' actions and adjust your strategy accordingly. Watch for big schools targeting your prospects as their classes fill up.

BE MINDFUL OF DEAL BREAKERS

Remember that verbal commitments can change. If a school fails to meet a player's dealbreaker, they might decommit, creating an opportunity for you.

By following these tips and understanding the mechanics of recruiting in College Football 25, you'll be well-equipped to build a successful dynasty program.
