At Motive, learning is part of our day-to-day. From conferences to lunch & learns, a global mentorship program, our Sparks game jam, and Learning Loops organized by devs, we foster diverse development opportunities. Our "12 days of development" safeguards time and promotes growth, helping you train and level up your craft with a structured plan.
Celebrating the little things.
At our studio, life moves at the city's pace, with monthly events to keep things fresh. While we cherish our traditions (annual sugar shack, a big holiday party and summer BBQ), we value the small moments too- like your work anniversary- and have clubs for animal lovers, cooks, and whiskey & wine fans.

EA has six Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) promoting diversity and inclusion in games, work, and communities via fundraising, mentorship, education, and events. Motive's most active groups are the Women's Ultimate Team and PRIDE.

We’re located in the center of the city and steps away from parc Mont-Royal. Our rooftop terrace, vegetable garden, game room, theatre, and bean bag corners are each designed to stimulate creativity and bring comfort. Ease into your mornings with free local breakfast options everyday, coffee, tea- and on Wednesdays we get chocolate.
