Our focus on people and an inclusive culture helps our teams create games and experiences that entertain hundreds of millions of players around the world. We believe that a global workforce with elements of diversity such as experiences, skills, ideas, backgrounds, generations, and tenure power our culture of learning and generate the ideas, innovations, and communities that resonate with our global audiences.

In addition to establishing an EA SPORTS DEI Council and overarching strategy, diversity, equity, and inclusion is embedded within our efforts and initiatives across our studios, our games, and our communities – as we also strive to foster change in our industry as a whole. OUR GAMES
We are committed to developing content and games with more accurate representation that authentically reflect our players around the world. This includes creating in-game kits and programs like our EA SPORTS Madden NFL Black History Month Program (above), that acknowledge heritage months and cultural moments, continually enhancing athlete likeness, and expanding our partnerships to increase inclusion and representation across all our games.
OUR TEAMS
At Electronic Arts and EA SPORTS, we have a longstanding commitment to foster healthy and inclusive teams. We attract, develop, and retain talented people who each play a part in inspiring the world to play. We also provide access to several resources, online courses, and events to grow in their careers and help foster a more inclusive environment for all. We are also passionate about supporting early career talent, and in addition to our internship and co-op opportunities, have also introduced and expanded our EA SPORTS Academy program, which helps reduce barriers for those looking to transition to the sports and gaming industry.
OUR COMMUNITIES
We strive to make a difference in the communities where we live, work, and play. That’s why we’re proud to partner with community organizations and invest in several programs that encourage diversity in STEAM and support STEAM education; create access and opportunity in STEAM education and career pathways for underrepresented youth; champion the next generation of athletes and gaming professionals through grassroots initiatives, and more.
OUR INDUSTRY
We are proud of our efforts to support and create pathways for underrepresented talent entering the sports and gaming industries. This includes our EA SPORTS FCTM partnership with COPA90 on the Beat the Bias paid internship, our multi-year partnership with the UEFA UWCL, and overall efforts to champion women and non-binary representation, inclusion, and belonging in our games, communities, and within the sports and tech industries.
EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
One of the many ways we create a welcoming community is through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). ERGs are open to all and help foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and allyship at Electronic Arts. Through the ERGs, we celebrate our communities all year round with inclusive experiences focused on cultural celebrations, professional development and social impact initiatives.
