16 years and still rolling
From its beginnings at EA Black Box to the team at Full Circle leading the next evolution of skate., the franchise has brought to life a collection of titles and unique moments to the very (very) passionate Skate community around the world.
The world of skate. begins as players are welcomed into the fictional city of San Vanelona. The first Skate title was available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and mobile. Skate won Best Individual Sports Game at the 2007 Spike Video Game Awards.

The franchise extends into Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS with a new original title Skate It (the game would also ship to iOS later).

The sequel, Skate 2, releases. Set 5 years after skate. in the city of New San Vanelona, Skate 2 brought offboard, moveable objects, and doubled the bag of tricks. The game was released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Skate 3 sees players moved to the skate-friendly city of Port Carverton. “Skate.Park” allows you to create your own skate parks and new online multiplayer game modes are also introduced. The tools to create grew even further which resulted in people playing for years to come… in fact, to the point where a big decision was made…

We're Back
At EA Play 2020, the announcement of We’re Back went live! The team started building with a commitment to “not #@&* this up” and thanks in large part to the endless support and passion of the community, a new installment for the skate. franchise was officially underway.
