Getting into a Ground and Pound Position
If using Grapple Assist, tap ^LSRIGHT^ to get to your closest Postured Up position. When using Hybrid or Legacy Grapple HUD, tap ^RSUP^ when on top of your opponent.

Ground and Pound Strikes
Your objective with Straights and Hooks is to keep your opponent guessing between Head Movement and Posting against strikes. The better you switch up between strikes, the harder it is for your opponent to guess or react to your strikes. Elbows can cut your opponent but will force you to posture down.
Inputs:
Straights with ^X^ or ^Y^\nHooks with ^LB^+X^ or ^Y^\nElbows with ^RT^ + ^X^ or ^Y^
Body Strikes
Use the ^LT^ Body Modifier for Punches to target the body. Body Strikes in Ground and Pound cause Stamina reduction for your opponent. If your opponent opts not to defend their body, they will take a Stamina penalty which opens up the opportunity for Transitions or Submissions.

^LT^ + ^X^ or ^Y^
Transitions and Submissions
Should you manage to put your opponent into a Health Event or are at a big Stamina advantage, you may gain Transition options depending on your moveset. You can get a transition to a more advantageous position or a Submission. Access these with ^RB^.
Inputs:
Grapple Assist or Hybrid Grapple HUD: ^RB^+^LSLEFT^ for Submissions or ^RB^+^LSRIGHT^ for Transitions.\nLegacy Grapple HUD: ^RB^+^RSALL^ (direction changes dependant on the position).
Getups
If on top of your opponent, you can Get Up from the Ground and Pound position by holding ^RB^+^LSUP^ or ^RSUP^.
